Reflection

Many of today’s headlines speak of conflict, uncertainty, and the limits of human control. Yet God’s command to Joshua was not based on favorable circumstances. It was rooted in His promise: “I will be with you.”

Courage in the Christian life is not confidence in ourselves but confidence in God’s faithful presence. As you encounter today’s responsibilities, ask not only, “What challenges will I face?” but also, “How can I walk faithfully with Christ in them?” God’s presence transforms ordinary faithfulness into quiet strength.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your steadfast presence in every season. Grant wisdom to leaders, protect those living amid conflict and disaster, and comfort those who are grieving. Help me to face today’s opportunities and challenges with courage, humility, and love. May my words and actions reflect the peace of Christ, and may I trust You more deeply with each passing day. Amen.
