Dacă și alte biserici române din America doresc să se alăture demersurilor noastre pe lângă Congresul American, vă ofer textul pe care l-am folosit noi. Domnul să dea biruință!

To The Honorable…
Dear Sir/Madam,
Bethel Baptist Church from Anaheim, California is an ethnic Romanian church, established over 30 years ago with Romanian refugees fleeing from the Communist persecution, who found a safe shelter and a sanctuary in the United States.
Now, almost 80 years since any major war in Europe, a new, terrible war has erupted in the Ukraine, a country situated right to the North of Romania. The Ukraine and Romania share over 300 miles of border. In the last 5 days, over half a million refugees from the Ukraine have crossed the border in search for shelter into Romania, Moldova and Poland.
As refugees ourselves, we feel for these people and have already sent money and other relief to these refugees in Romania. We would also like to help some of them relocate to the United States. Unfortunately, the US Consulate in Romania is rejecting visa applications for these poor refugees.
We would like to ask what can be done to approve Emergency Humanitarian Visas for these refugees. As a church, we are willing and able to help by financially supporting these refugees while they get established in the United States.
We respectfully ask you, our Honorable Representative, to assist us in this endeavor, by promoting our plea for the issuance of Emergency Humanitarian Visas for the Ukrainian refugees with the US State Department.

Thank you very much for your time and attention,
Rev. Daniel Branzai
Senior Pastor
