Hi Susan, 

Europe does not share American values.  America is all about work, save, invest, free markets, small government, low tax,  and individual merit.  Brussels, Paris, London, and Bonn are communist, socialist, dirigiste, high tax, high tariff, big government, NATO parasites. 

Europe can spend the necessary 10% of GNP to defend itself or Europe is not worth saving.
