Tomorrow morning around 10 am Eastern, I will argue our case against the City of Harrisburg, PA, at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. At issue is whether Harrisburg can pass a law (drafted by Planned Parenthood) that prohibits even quiet, peaceful, one-on-one conversations on public sidewalks outside of its abortion clinics, and thus outlaw the critical, life-saving work that our clients, Colleen and Becky faithfully carry out week after week.
I do not think it is an exaggeration to say that not only our Constitution but also life itself hang in the balance. Becky and Colleen have saved many lives, and they must be allowed to continue to speak for the innocent and the voiceless, especially on a public sidewalk where the right to speak freely has always been sacrosanct.
Can I count on your prayers?
