HUGE victory in Houston for Susan Merritt today! All criminal charges against her have been DISMISSED! After several months of prosecuting Susan, the State of Texas has finally come to its senses and has realized what we have been saying all along: Susan is a hero, not a criminal, for exposing the evil practices of Planned Parenthood in butchering babies and selling their parts for profit. The District Attorney has agreed to dismiss the indictment, and the entire case was thrown out this morning!

We praise God for this amazing victory, which came sooner than we expected. Susan remains a target in Planned Parenthood’s civil RICO cases in California, where we will continue to vigorously defend her. But she is no longer being prosecuted by the government, for which we give God the glory. Rejoice with us!
