I’m reading “Stopping Words That Hurt: Positive Words in a World Gone Negative” by Dr. Michael D. Sedler and wanted to share this quote with you:

Talking is the train that carries the product to the market. The product may be the best any industry has to offer, but if there is no transportation to get it to the public, then the best product in the world will remain on the shelves.
