An October evening – approximately 7:30pm.

The baby splashed, smiled and kicked. Peace and tranquility filled the bathroom. Suddenly, the mother senses someone standing behind her. She turns around to see two uniformed police officers.

She asks them what on earth’s going on. The police officers ignore her question and ask her whether anyone else is in the apartment and start to close all the doors at the same time.

“We have to take her now,” said one police officer as he bends down to her and the baby. Her thoughts at this moment were running wild. Is he really going to take my baby out of the bath?

The mother is stunned, and in this moment she notices a CPS case worker with another woman. They really are here to take my daughter…
