Well, here I’m listing the human rights that Norway has violated:
(1) European Convention on Human Rights released by 04/11/1950, art. 6 (para. 2), Art. 8, Art.9, Art.13 and Art.14.
(2) International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Art. 18, 23 and 24.
(3) UN Convention on the Rights of the Child Art.8 para. 1 si 2, and Art.14
(4) The Universal Declaration of Human Rights Art.18.
(5) International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
Art. 5, Para. 7.
Someone should write to Bodnarius’ (or his brother Daniel), to hire an expert international human rights trial lawyer, and start a Court process against Norway State and Barnevernet, filing claims for damages and harm, in addition to punitive and exemplary damages in the ballpark of some $300,000,000.00 and $100,000. per day, per 5 children, per 2 parents (7 claimants in total) times 2 months= $420,000,000.00
The severe emotional distress and other harm and injuries inflicted upon the Bodnariu family will be quite well justified the above dollar figures.
