Mosab Hassan Yousef is the son of a Hamas founder. He says he grew up hearing about what must be sacrificed for sake of their ideology. He was being groomed to take a
leadership position.
But after years of living under the regime, Yousef defected. He embraced Christianity, and was disowned by his father, according the Times of Israel.
And now, he is speaking out about the truth of Hamas, and what they are trying to accomplish at the Gaza Strip. He spoke with CNN‘s Don Lemon about the organization’s value of human life.
via Times of Israel:
“Hamas does not care about the lives of Palestinians, does not care about the lives of Israelis, or Americans; they don’t care about their own lives,” Yousef said. “They consider dying for sake of their ideology a way of worship.”
When asked about how Hamas could peacefully live together with Israel, Yousef said that option is not on the table for the organization – because they are aiming for more than just Israel.
via Times of Israel:
“Hamas is not seeking coexistence and compromise; Hamas is seeking conquest,” he added. “The destruction of the state of Israel is not the Hamas’ final destination.”
Hamas, Yousef asserted, wants to build an Islamic state “on the rubble of every other civilization.”
The ideology is set on complete domination, and they’re not likely to
stop until that is achieved. They have no interest in ending the conflict on the Gaza Strip, and Israel must do what it needs to in order to defend itself.
The conflict is based in a deeply ingrained ideology which has roots in violence and hatred. While Israel is undergoing this unrelenting siege, we must not stop our support of their right to defend themselves.

What is the price of Hamas’ tunnels? The welfare of its own people.
