When Rebeca Vasquez went to Walmart she ended up in line behind two officers in uniform, buying a full cart of groceries.
Thinking it was a little out of the ordinary, she asked them what was going on. It turns out, the officers were on duty when they were called out to a home & noticed the family had no food. So they decided to take action.
