Who can stand before Him? We may reach Him through our love, obedience, or by our sins, rebellion. Either way, He is who He Is, and if we can just touch in a glimpse of his Glory, no one stays indifferent.

God is the ultimate reason, as our brother tried to says many centuries ago. But you may think in a way of essence: lucifer has rebelled against God. Nothing accomplished, just his true essence: rebellion. God creates. He judges.

Like our father Abraham, I guess he was bleeding inside when offering his only, promised, son, obeying God, not reasoning, not revolting, but leaning on the Absolute Love.
Do not fool yourself. He will come after you and when that comes to place, you will knee with your face on the dust, as no one can stand His Glory, His Love will restrain you, like a mirror facing who you really are: He knows the darkest places of your heart, your intentions. BUT, willing to give you renewal of life.
